Flexible Spending Account
An FSA plan allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. The pre-tax contributions made to the FSA can be used to pay for predictable non-reimbursed health care expenses and dependent care expenses during the plan year.
PFW offers a profit sharing plan as a retirement benefit. At the end of each fiscal year, the Company may or may not provide a profit sharing contribution for that year. The company’s profit sharing plan follows a six year vesting schedule.
